I stopped by hoping to find something a little different, but it was mostly the same plants I’ve seen before. Nothing really stood out to me, so I’d probably check what they have before making a special trip next time.

"The plant didn’t match the description"
I ordered this plant based on the info listed on the site, but what showed up just didn’t really match. The size was different than I expected, the care details seemed off, and it didn’t look much like the photos or description. I tried to reach out/figure out if I had missed something, but it felt like my concerns weren’t really taken seriously. It’s frustrating when you’re planning a garden and relying on the product info to be accurate
"Not much help for garden inspiration"
I went to provenwinners.com hoping to find some simple garden design ideas. Nothing too complicated. But it was kind of hard to find anything useful. I kept clicking around, and the inspiration pages didn’t really help me figure out a plan. Just frustrating overall.

"Payment options felt really limited"
I tried ordering a few plants, but when I got to checkout, the payment options were way more limited than I expected. Maybe I’m being picky, but it felt a bit outdated.
I ended up canceling my cart because the payment method I usually use wasn’t available. I kept wondering if I missed something, but either way, it was frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

The plants arrived looking kinda half dead, with a lot of wilting, and the roots seemed rotted. Disappointing overall.

"Really Disappointing Experience"
I reached out hoping they would help with either a replacement or a refund, but they refused both. The whole process ended up feeling like a complete waste of time, i left the experience feeling frustrated and let down

"Mixed-up plants and a messy fix"
I ordered 5 specific plants, but 2 of them were the wrong ones, and the labels didn’t match up either. At first I thought maybe I was misreading something, but once I started comparing the tags to what I actually ordered, the pattern was obvious: things just weren’t organized correctly. I reached out to customer service, but it took a long time to hear back, and even then the issue wasn’t really resolved. Overall, it was a frustrating experience

"I was looking around Proven Winners and..."
I was looking around Proven Winners and wanted to understand the guarantee before placing an order, but it just made me more confused. One section made it sound like plants were covered, then another part seemed to add a bunch of limits or conditions, and it felt like the terms were changing depending on where I looked.
Maybe it all makes sense to them, but as a regular customer I don’t want to dig through pages and guess what actually applies. A guarantee should be straightforward, not something you have to decode. I ended up giving up and won’t order unless they make it clearer.

"Way too many promo emails"
I signed up thinking I’d get some helpful plant tips, but pretty much every company does this now, suddenly your inbox is drowning in sale emails. A lot of them felt like the same promo over and over, and it got old really fast. I just wanted plant info, not nonstop deals being pushed at me, so I ended up unsubscribing.

"Tracking was a mess"
This whole order was just frustrating. The tracking said my plants were coming Tuesday, then suddenly it marked them as “delivered,” but there was literally nothing at my door. I kept checking around like maybe I missed it or it got left somewhere weird, but nope. Then two days later they finally showed up, and the box looked rough by that point. I reached out to customer service and they basically just told me to keep checking the tracking, which was kind of the entire issue in the first place. So yeah, not planning to order from them again.

"Just don’t feel confident enough"
I was considering ordering from Proven Winners, but honestly, the mixed opinions around the brand gave me pause. There seems to be a lot of hype, but not always clear answers when people run into issues. Maybe plenty of customers have a good experience, I’m sure they do—but I just don’t feel comfortable spending my money with a company I’m not fully sure I can trust. I’m going to pass for now.

"I really wanted these to work…"
I really wanted these to work out, and I regret spending the money on them. A couple of the plants looked good when I first put them in, so I was hopeful, but over the year they just got weaker and didn’t come back well the next season. I watered them and took care of them the same way I do the rest of my garden, so I don’t think it was anything unusual on my end. For what they cost, I expected a lot more. Sadly, I wouldn’t buy them again.

The plants arrived looking healthy and nice overall, so I can’t really complain about the quality. That said, the prices felt a little high for the size, and shipping made the total harder to justify. I ended up finding similar plants locally for much less, so I probably wouldn’t order again, but they did arrive in good shape

"Arrived in Rough Shape"
I was bummed when my order showed up. The outside box looked totally fine, so I figured everything would be okay, but once I opened it the plants inside were in bad shape. They were crushed, super dry, and just looked stressed overall. Two had broken stems, one was already turning yellow, there was dirt spilled all over the packaging, the leaves looked limp, and a couple of them looked like they’d been sitting without water for way too long. I planted them anyway and tried to give them a chance, but they never really recovered or perked back up. For the price, I expected them to arrive at least healthy and usable. I don’t think I’d order from here again.

"Packing could have been way better"
The box showed up beat up, and inside the plants were just loose, kind of everywhere they were. Dirt was all over the place, and a few stems were broken too. For shipping live plants, better packing I really expected

"Everything I wanted was out of stock"
I kept finding plants I really liked, and then this is where it got annoying — almost every one of them was sold out. After a while, it just made browsing feel kind of pointless because anything I actually wanted wasn’t available

"Frustrating to use on my phone"
I was just trying to look up a few plants, but the site made it way more annoying than it needed to be. The search felt all over the place, the filters didn’t really narrow things down, and I kept getting sent to pages that didn’t seem like what I had clicked on.
Using it on my phone was even worse. Pages were slow, stuff kept jumping around while I was scrolling, and after a while I just gave up. Maybe the plants are nice, but the website needs a lot of work, and I wouldn’t feel great about having to deal with customer service if something went wrong

"Support kept getting back to me…"
Support kept getting back to me, so it wasn’t like they ignored me, but something felt off. Every reply seemed like it was moving in circles, and my issue never actually got fixed. I appreciated the responses, but in the end I was still stuck with the same problem.
